Shipping: Your Soulful Journey to Your Doorstep! 🚚🏠
Once your order is fresh from production and has passed our rigorous quality checks (we're picky, in a good way! 😉), it's ready to embark on its journey to you.

Local Shipping (United States): For all our amazing customers within the good ol' U.S. of A., you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days once it's shipped.

International Shipping: We're thrilled to send our soulful creations around the globe! 🌎 Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location and customs processing.
- Europe: Expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. 🇪🇺
- Canada: Your goodies should land in 3-7 business days after shipment. 🇨🇦
- Rest of the World: For our friends further afield, please allow 7-20 business days for delivery after shipment. 🌍
Tracking Your Treasure: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our creative hub. That way, you can follow its journey and get ready for the grand arrival! 🗺️
Customs & Duties (For International Orders): Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. 🛂
Returns & Exchanges: Because We Want You to Be Soulfully Happy! 😊🔄
We're confident you'll adore your personalized items from The Soulful Home, but we also understand that sometimes things don't quite work out. Your happiness is our top priority!
- Return Window: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Here's how to make a return (it's easy-peasy!):
- Contact Us: Shoot us an email here or use our contact form within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, if possible, in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We'll chat more about this when you contact us!
- Return Shipping: We'll guide you through the return shipping process. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was an error on our part.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, we'll get your new item into production as quickly as possible!
Important Notes:
- Personalized Products: Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we can only accept returns or offer exchanges on these items if they are defective or if there was an error in the personalization on our end. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order! 🙏
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery!) with photos of the issue. We'll make it right, stat! 🛠️
